Tiny Trust Notes: The Beginnings

Welcome to tiny trust notes, notes on intuitive living with me, Giulia Mazzola.

“For so long I thought intuition wasn't for someone like me and there was so much joy in realising that it is actually for everyone, and the journey is more about finding your particular flavour.”

I'm a life coach helping people connect to their intuition and build self trust so that they can stop wasting time overthinking and start actually being in their life. And I wanted to share a little bit about why I'm making this tiny trust series. I have been meaning to make a second series of my podcast for ages wanting to share stories and concepts and ideas. And it all felt quite overwhelming every single time. I tried to sit down and talk about it and make it happen. So I thought I would take on my own teachings of tiny trust to heart and make these bite sized audio notes around core concepts and core beliefs that I operate with in my life when I work with intuition, when I work with Tarot, and when I work with my clients, so as to be able to share these common themes that come up when beginning to think about living intuitively or when you're even just at the start of wondering what that could even mean. Maybe you just picked up your first tarot deck or maybe you just heard about the word intuition and you are curious what that could look like for you. Or maybe you're a few years in to your own intuition work and you're just trying to find new playful ways to think about it or explore it. The idea is to make it accessible, because for so long I thought intuition wasn't for someone like me and there was so much joy in realising that it is actually for everyone, and the journey is more about finding your particular flavour.

so I wanted to share bite sized pieces that I think can really shift your own thinking bout the way that you connect and work with your intuition. I really encourage you to listen and then integrate, test out the beliefs and ideas and see how they feel in your own life. This is your first tiny trust practice: in doing so I want you to say no to beliefs that don't resonate and yes to the ones that do. Your no is just as important as your yes and this is a microcosm practice of discernment already. What resonates with you? What doesn't? Can you explore and really think: why?

I hope that you enjoy these tiny trust notes.
